At BRANDTHINK, we have been thinking and working around building a sustainable work culture for some time. As a company, we see what the perceptions are about marketing agencies. We decided that's not how we want to operate.
Progress in any one of these pillars would be impactful, but a lasting one requires progress on all fronts.

As an agency in marketing, we work with various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others, to run targeted advertising on behalf of clients. We have a stake in this. However, we believe that privacy is a good thing.

They say that our media reflects the conversation of our time as it shapes it. Since the pandemic onset, there has been a major structural shift in Malaysia's media landscape. Our media landscape has shifted and morphed in that time, and old titles had to shut down. In its place blooms new purveyors of our collective conversation. Take a look at these eight new titles that have launched since the pandemic began.
Our all-women team built our Livestream services during the pandemic and thrive
It was around the 5th time we were asked “your team are all girls?" that it dawned on us that we must have been a rare sight. For the past year, we have produced more than 50 live streams, virtual events, private virtual workshops and virtual shoots that it never occurred to us that our team would be a rare sight.
BRANDTHINK Malaysia announces GM appointment as it eyes strong start to 2021
BRANDTHINK Malaysia has announced that Chia Li Sing will be taking on the role of General Manager, effective immediately. The appointment comes on the back of a challenging year as she leads the agency’s initiatives to start on a footing of growth for 2021. Throughout 2020, the agency has embarked on a transformation programme that saw a refinement of practices within the agency, shifting of capabilities to include live-streaming, e-commerce marketing capabilities as well as regional communication planning.

Etude Malaysia has rolled out a series of digital marketing projects called “Etude Darling” featuring up and coming local personalities to front some of their social content every month. The on-going project aims to add a sense of realism to the brand with a more human touch and by adding a localised and relatable voice and face to the brand to fit the community.

BRANDTHINK PR Sdn Bhd will today be changed to BRANDTHINK Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a name we have used for years but now officially reflected in our business registration. Beginning 27 July 2020, we will also be moving to a new home: Level 8, Vertical Corporate Tower B, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.
